Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile delivery lead, or in a similar Agile delivery position.
• We need experience supporting technical products, platforms, or software development teams.
• We need hands-on experience managing backlogs, sprints, and Agile delivery using Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, or a similar project management tool.
• We need strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and keeping teams focused on productive outcomes.
• We need experience using Agile performance metrics and KPIs to track delivery and uncover improvement opportunities.
• We need proven success working collaboratively with Product Owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• We need strong organizational ability and attention to detail, especially when handling multiple teams or workstreams.
• We need excellent verbal and written communication skills to share delivery status, risks, and performance updates with both technical and business audiences.
• We need a demonstrated ability to identify and remove delivery blockers and keep work moving across multiple teams.
• Preferred qualifications include Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or an equivalent credential.

• We manage end-to-end sprint execution across multiple technical product teams, from backlog readiness through sprint completion.
• We facilitate Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• We help teams establish and consistently follow effective Scrum and Agile practices.
• We partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized, well-groomed backlogs with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities.
• We identify, escalate, and drive resolution of impediments that could affect delivery.
• We monitor sprint progress and help teams stay focused on commitments and delivery goals.
• We use Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, defect leakage, and delivery quality to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• We pull and analyze reports from Agile project management tools and translate delivery data into clear updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• We facilitate retrospectives that produce specific, actionable improvements and help teams follow through on those commitments.

We are hiring a Scrum Master for a 100% remote role supporting multiple technical product teams, with an initial focus on Voice and Chat channel delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to help establish a more consistent Scrum framework, bringing structure, transparency, and continuous improvement to how work moves from backlog through delivery. We partner closely with Product Owners, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to support Agile delivery and keep work visible and on track.
